ADMISSION PROCEDURE AND RULES
1. The admission process involves the registration of the child with the school.
2. For registration, the parent/guardian should procure the prospectus and application form on payment, from the school’s office.
3. Submission of Admission form completed with all the details:
Two Passport size photos of the child
Fitness Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner
Original DOB Certificate (for Nursery attested photo copy of DOB)
ADMISSION TO STD 1 & ONWARDS
An entrance test in English Hindi & Math’s will be conducted of the child.
Original Date of birth certificate
Original Leaving Certificate from the Previous School
The Childs academic reports of the previous class
Fitness Certificate by Registered Medical Practitioner
Two Passport size photos of the child
KINDLY NOTE THAT: REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION. There shall be a formal interaction for the students seeking admission for L.K.G. and U.K.G
WITHDRAWAL
Written notice of One Calendar month must be given to withdraw a Child from the school failing which a month’s fee shall be charged in lieu. Security money will have to be claimed within Six month of the withdrawal of child from the school and shall be refunded after the settlement of all dues.
FEES PAYMENT AND PROCEDURE
NURSERY
Fees shall be paid in two installments.
First installment is to be paid at the time of Admission.
Second installment is to be paid in the first week of June.
LKG & UKG
The Fee shall be paid in three Installments
First installment is to be paid at the time of Admission.
Second installment is to be paid in the First week of June.
Third installment is to be paid in the First week of October.
PRIMARY SECTION
The Fee shall be paid in three Installments

FEES RULES & PAYMENTS
1. Fee is to be paid through Cash or Cheque at the fees counter. No post-dated cheques shall be accepted.
2. FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
3. Fees Timing at the school’s office are:
Monday-Friday 09:00 am to 02:00 pm
Saturday 09:00 am to 12:00 pm
(School office shall remain closed for all Sundays, 2nd Saturdays and Public Holidays.)
4. Name of the Defaulter will be struck off the rolls on non-payment of the fees. Re-admission may be accepted on repayment of the admission fees with the permission of the school’s authorities.
