Our JourneyAfter successfully establishing the prestigious St. George’s School in New Delhi 55 years ago as well as establishing Nursing School and Colleges and Muthoot Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) in Kerala in the recent past, The Muthoot Group, one of India’s leading business conglomerates has now established a state-of-the-art educational institution – the ‘Paul George Global School’ (PGGS) at New Delhi.
Set up under the aegis of St. George’s Education Society and being built in the memory of Late Shri Paul M George, former Executive Director and son of Shri M.G. George Muthoot, Chairman of The Muthoot Group; PGGS is aimed at being unique, exemplary and one-of-its-kind in the country. Located at Alaknanda in the heart of South Delhi, the ‘Paul George Global School’ has been built by the internationally renowned architects Arcop Associates Private Limited (founded in Canada).

What’s so special: Although Paul was an Executive Director at The Muthoot Group, essentially, he was a simple and ordinary human being blessed with extraordinary values. The four values that PGGS epitomises – Courage, Compassion, Equality and Integrity were an integral part of Paul’s personality.
A bright and talented young student who rose to become a brilliant and dynamic professional, a responsible son to his parents, an affectionate and caring brother to his siblings and family and an extremely kind-hearted and humble human being ever ready to reach out to help and lend support to anyone near or far from him.

We believe in a joyful experiential learning system wherein, each child is encouraged to participate wholeheartedly! At PGGS, we leave no stone unturned to offer multitudes of opportunities to our children; it is for them to make the most of it. Children should be motivated to grab every opportunity that comes their way which would not only help in their holistic growth but also strengthen their belief in teamwork, which is important in this fast-paced world. They need to understand the importance of emotional balance, critical thinking, and most importantly accepting failure graciously! It is our strife to endow them with all these qualities and more.

As Walt Disney aptly said, “the more you are like yourself, the less you are like anyone else. This is what makes you unique.†Paul George Global School wants to inculcate this feeling of uniqueness among its students and the architecture of the school campus is just a reflection of this ethos.
The Paul George Global School campus is located in Alaknanda in South Delhi and has a campus par excellence. With world-class infrastructure facilities, the school has a Wi-Fi enabled eco-friendly campus which includes all sorts of facilities required for the differently-abled as well. The school also has an impressive array of academic and sporting facilities. The school has a multipurpose facility of an indoor Basketball, Badminton and Table Tennis court with a provision for automated retractable seating and a stage to host cultural programs, gatherings and stage performances. The front block on stilts have the provision of an automatic temperature controlled shaded all-weather swimming pool underneath and an 8-lane, 100 metres synthetic track running through the building. A skating rink along with a ‘Wimbledon type’ tennis court is also being constructed on the roof of the school building thereby, optimally utilising available space.
The school believes in leading by example and thus, the entire construction has been done keeping the environment in mind and is strictly eco-friendly. The inner partitions of the school building are made up of a drywall, without using the conventional bricks and water, thereby, saving energy and restricting the utilisation of water during construction. The school is also equipped with ‘Radiant Cooling’, also known as Thermally Activated Building Systems (TABS) to have an eco-friendly efficient and effective utilisation of energy for overall cooling of the premises. The entire initiative is made to reduce the carbon footprint.
A Rainwater Harvesting System is also operational in the school whereby rainwater is collected and drained through perforated pipes to underground areas to recharge water levels and prevent depletion of the groundwater table. The campus also has an eco-friendly STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) to reduce the use of water by recycling the treated water for flushing and horticulture. All this is being done for developing an environmentally sustainable edifice.

Age Criteria
For Pre-School (Nursery): Less than 04 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
(Children born from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018)
For Pre-Primary (KG): Less than 05 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
(Children born from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017)
For Class-1st: Less than 06 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
(Children born from 1st April 2015 to 31st March 2016)
Registration
Registration for the applicants shall be exclusively online :
1. Registration shall only be considered complete provided if the registration number is generated and the registration charges of Rs. 25/- is paid. However, registration charges once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
2. Applicant shall get the printout of the receipt in which registration number is printed.
3. It is mandatory to upload the documents wherever it is essential during the time of online registration.
4. Duplicate registration shall automatically be cancelled.
Essential Documents Required:
The applicant(s) shall produce the requisite documents in original at the time of verification. Admission to the school is provisional until the verification of the documents listed below:
For all Applicants
Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Govt. Authority with the name of the child mentioned on the certificate
Proof of residence (Minimum 2 out of the following)
1. Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child.)
2. Domicile certificate of child or his / her parents.
3. Voter Identity Card / EPIC of any of the parents.
4. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
5. Aadhar Card / unique Identity Card in the name of any of the parents.
III FOR SIBLING – A copy of the Fee Bill issued by the school for the academic session 2020-2021.
Admission Process:
STEP DESCRIPTION I At the first instance, the names of the ‘short-listed’ applicants who have higher value points / above the points of other applicants shall be put up. The ‘list for draw of lots’ (for applicants with same value points in a tie for remaining seats) will also be put up simultaneously.
NOTE:
Criteria for Twins: In the case of twins, if one is selected the other twin will get sibling points.
II. The details and schedule of the ‘general category draw of lots’ will be available on the school website. The draw will be held using a random method, in complete transparency. III The verification process of the documents will be intimated by the admission team of the school to the applicants, whose points are within the zone of consideration. The admission will be deemed provisional until the documents are physically verified. IV FIRST LIST – The First List of ‘Provisionally Selected Children & Waitlisted Children’ will be displayed on the school website for further completion of formalities i.e. filling up of the admission form, submission of true copies, medical form and fee deposit. V SECOND LIST – After assessing the vacancies, the Second List (if any) of ‘Provisionally Selected Children’ will be declared as per schedule. Accordingly, the positions of the waitlisted children under the ‘General Category List’ will move up. In case of any further vacancies the 3rd, 4th, 5th lists will be declared. VI All admissions will close on 31st March 2021.Age Criteria:
